  • The StreamX Cloud Launch Program is designed to help teams validate and implement a real use case on StreamX without the typical upfront investment or infrastructure setup.

It starts with a focused POC running on StreamX infrastructure, using production-grade resources and scalable edge capacity, and is structured to move quickly toward a live implementation.

  • Submit your use case through the application form.

We’ll review your submission to understand what you’re trying to build, how it fits your architecture, and whether it’s a good fit for the program.

We’ll follow up directly to align on scope, define the level of platform credits allocated, and walk through next steps.

  • Teams working on complex digital experiences. Typically that means:

    • Multiple systems (CMS, commerce, APIs) that need to stay in sync

    • Performance issues across markets and regions

    • Real-time updates that don’t propagate reliably

    • Search or product data that needs to stay accurate and fast

  • Definitely! Partners can apply to:

    • bring a specific client use case, or

    • validate StreamX before introducing it to clients

A named end customer is not required at the time of application, but the use case should be realistic and grounded in a real scenario.

  • For approved use cases, we provide program support of up to €50,000.

    Support consists of:

    • Platform credits

    • Technical support

Platform credits are applied to StreamX usage, including the infrastructure required to run your use case. Infrastructure is included within these credits.

We align the level of support based on the scope and requirements of the project.

This program is designed to support real implementations, not open-ended or ongoing usage.

  • Platform credits are aligned to the expected production footprint of the use case.

We look at what it would take to run the use case on StreamX in a real environment and allocate credits accordingly, starting from the POC phase.

This ensures the use case can be properly validated under real conditions, with a clear path into ongoing usage.

  • Teams should be ready to move and stay engaged.

    In practice, that means having:

    • A defined use case

    • Someone who understands your architecture

    • Access to a technical decision-makers

    • The ability to move without long delays

We’ll meet you where you are, but progress depends on having the right people involved.

  • Most engagements begin with a focused POC.

From there, timelines vary based on the use case, but many teams move from POC toward implementation within 4–8 weeks.

We’ll align on a timeline upfront based on your specific situation.

  • No, but you need to have a real use case in mind.

Most teams start with a POC to validate how StreamX fits into their architecture, then move toward production from there.

  • We’ll review your submission and follow up quickly.
    From there we'll:

    • Confirm if there’s a strong fit

    • Align on the use case and scope

    • Define what support looks like

    • Move into onboarding
